What is the Hop Hop Hop trend?
Hop Hop Hop, also called the Gabi trend, is a two-person TikTok dance. The person in front points back over a shoulder, the person behind hops three times on the beat, then a hard cut swaps their places. A twin version by @gabilagaba gave it the name in October 2026, and AI remakes followed within a week.

Hop Hop Hop AI questions
Why is it called the Gabi trend?
After @gabilagaba, whose twin version on TikTok made the format spread. Hop Hop Hop comes from the chant on the sound.
Do I need two photos?
Yes. The swap needs two people or pets, so each photo gets one role.
Is the sound the real song?
No. The AI generates a similar bouncy hook and chant. To use the exact TikTok sound, download the video and add it inside TikTok.
What happens to my photos?
They are stored privately, used only for your video and deleted with it after 72 hours. They are never used to train AI.
Is this connected to the original creators?
No. MemeTrendHub is independent and not affiliated with the creators of the trend or with TikTok.
